Abstract


Tourism industry is an industry that is able to generate numerous jobs for people as well as empower local community. One of the parties who have competence to maximize entrepreneurship capacity is university. This paper will discourse on how a university, especially in this case is Ubaya Polytechnic, empower its students to maximize their entrepreneurship capacity to be finally become new start-ups who are ready in the society especially related to its support to tourism industry.
